Just Dial (JustDial.com) India's No. 1 Fraud Company

Just Dial (justdial.com) is a fraud company, everyone must be aware of this. Read this article to know more about Just Dial Company, its process of cheating businesspersons in India. Please do share to your friends and relative who own any kind of business in India and registered with Just Dial.

Dear Readers, 

This is a real incident of one of my friends, who owned a business at Pune; and wrongly registered with Just Dial. 

When she started new business, her friend advised to register with Just-Dial to get business calls from clients and people near that area will find her business very easily through this site. She registered with her mobile no. and email id and described all her business details there.

Within a day an agent from justdial.com called her asked for an appointment to explain about Just-Dial's process and how to get more business leads. She invited, and as per the agent’s suggestion she signed for a package of Rs. 1740(nearby figure) per month. She gave two month advance check along with the form and it took near about one week to activate the account as ‘JD Verified’.

After getting registered with Just-Dial she may have 2-3 phone calls in first month. Next month she got 5-10 business calls and in 3rd month too same.

Unfortunately from 4th month onwards, due to her kid’s sickness, she was unable to open her shop/office regularly. From sixth month onwards, her husband said to close down the shop due to loss in business. She closed the business and left the shop. 

Now she asked Just Dial to close the account as her business is no more going on and stopped. She called up several times to Just-Dial, but no response from them. One day an agent from Just Dial said, the account can’t be closed as it is signed for one year and she signed in that agreement. And she needs to pay the said amount every month for a year and if want to close then she need to send a written letter on ninth month (means before 3 month) to close the account. But the amount she has to pay for 1 year. There is no such termination scheme in between a year of contract. 

As her account was activated with an ECS system linked with her bank account; every month Rs.1740/- deducted and went to Just Dial with no reason. 

The major mistake she did that she didn’t read the guidelines in the agreement form and didn’t read reviews about justdial.com in web. 

There are many stories Justdial.com but all about fraud and scam only. Please share this with everyone and READ CAREFULLY THE GUIDELINES BEFORE SIGNING WITH ANY COMPANY/BUSINESS. TAKE CARE.
