How eBay and PaisaPay are Harassing Customers?

How sometime big brand companies like eBay and PaisaPay fails in service and harassing customers unnecessarily. I have ordered one product “K7 TOTAL SECURITY ANTIVIRUS SERIAL KEY ONLY 1 user 1 year" on portal ebay.in on Sat, May 2, 2015 at 1:58 AM; for which I’ve received one SMS for transaction ID or Item ID as # 321578758871 and an email as posted below. The product was supposed to deliver me within 4-5 days (as in Metros), which was not done and suddenly after 18 days I received an email as “Your product "K7 TOTAL SECURITY..." was delivered (PaisaPay ID 39105037058)”. I was stunned by the email and immediately responded in the feedback form. See what happened next?

In between these days, I've received two calls from Blue-Dart courier. In first call the executive said there is no stock, it will take some more time to deliver. In second call, the executive asked whether I received the product or not; as I said 'No', she said that she will check and inform about the product status. That's it.
